Staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Pool area was in the shade most of the day. Rooms were modern and very clean with comfortable beds. Location is within easy walking distance to most things. Great value for money!

Perfect location, very nice hotel with good service

Excellent location, close to delicious local restaurants and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and accommodating since we showed up ahead of check in time. Rooms were well stocked compared to other Thai hotels we’ve stayed at. Only thing we didn’t like was the lighting in the room - the overhead lights were not bright enough, and it could have really done with just some floor lamps!

Good location to get around but entrance at end of small alley. No restaurant inhouse. Room is nice and clean, service also good. But bathroom very dark, and shower very weak. No mirror other than in bathroom, too dark to do makeup. Have stayed at other hotels at same price but better amenities.

This hotel was in an excellent location. The service was friendly and helpful. My room was very quiet. The only problems were the air conditioner that blew air directly toward the bed and the extremely poor lighting in the room. I could not see my face well enough in the mirror to shave when I stayed there. Overall, the room was good for the price.

We stayed 3 nights during the flower festival and found it a mixed experience. The hotel is well located down a quiet lane, our bed was comfortable, the shower, ac, and mini frig worked well, and the room clean – what we could see of it since lighting was so dim! There's also a nice pool for cooling off which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a very strong stench coming from the bathroom drain which permeated the whole space and didn’t go away, and the spray housekeeping used to mask it wasn't up for the job. The hotel was fully booked so we just stayed out late every day. I've seen one other review mentioning this and I’m guessing it was for the same room, so if you’re given a ground-floor room on the back of the hotel I suggest you check it before committing. In all other ways it was a good hotel.

Excelente ubicación! El personal muy amable y atento. Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Piscina pequeña pero muy bonita. El único pero es que no dispone de restaurantes pero al,ser tan céntrico cerca hay muchas opciones.

服務：怎麼説呢，服務，衞生，沒有太大問題，前台很熱情，保潔也很熱情，但是酒店沒有大門，衹有一個保安在站崗，晚上有點令人害怕； 衞生：房間比較乾淨，住起來舒適度還行 環境：隔音差，樓上走路，隔壁動靜全都能聽見，住在走廊盡頭靠近消防樓梯的地方，每天早上搬東西，被吵醒，邊上一棟樓大清早唱歌，聲音超級大，沒有幾天能睡好覺。 設施：比較新，但是裝修風格昏暗，衞生間返臭！ 位置：酒店位置還不錯，走路到塔佩門清邁門都不遠，週末夜市就在邊上。樓下就有馬殺雞，餐廳和葯店。但是它居然不在馬路邊，要走進去一段，打車不方便，路邊不太好停車，行李也要自行搬運一段路。

일요일시장을 즐기려고 가까운데로 숙소를 잡았는데 한블럭만 가면되서 편리했어요 날이 좀 따듯하면 수영도 하고 좋았을텐데 쌀쌀해서 수영을 못즐긴게 아쉽네요 방이 좀 어둡고 키를 하나밖에 안줘서 다소 불편했어요 방에 스낵이 무료라 좋았어요 숙소 가까이에 맛집도 많아요

今年水燈節前去住了兩晚，酒店在古城裡，靠塔佩門不遠。前台小姐姐服務很規範，一看就知道是受過良好的教育。酒店胖高個的保安小哥很熱情，主動幫提行李。有天晚上因沒訂到房間、周圍也都訂滿了，值夜班的胖高個保安小哥主動幫以解決，在此表示感謝。酒店遺憾的是不能提供中文服務。當然以後會再次入住這裏。

前台的服務員對客人不是很友善，保安小哥到是非常熱情，任何時間見到客人笑着招呼，希望前台的小妹能提高服務質量，這樣你們店裡的生意會更好！

服務 人員很親切，工業風的房間，很值得推薦 步行3分鐘可以到7-11，附近吃逛都很方便 還有泳池🏊♂️

這次五一假期旅遊，春節假期在清邁期間選擇預訂了Thapae Loft，也是非常不錯的一次選擇。美中不足的在第一天是發生一些小插曲，遇上了雨季不下雨的清邁，每天40度+的温度，空調也許不太給力，始終沒有降温下來。聯繫攜程讓酒店協助更換房間後就比較舒適了，酒店工作人員特別熱情，還有很喜歡的奶牛貓BoBa，真的好可愛好聽話。微笑國家果然總以微笑來面對你，50度的泰蘭德值得如此火辣。
