Gần đây tôi đã ở tại Stay Collection Chiang Mai mới khai trương trong 3 đêm và rất ấn tượng với sự thoải mái đến nỗi tôi đã kéo dài thời gian lưu trú thêm 3 đêm nữa. Khách sạn có vị trí lý tưởng n*** trung tâm Nimman, gần nhiều nhà hàng ngon, quán cà phê và cửa hàng thời thượng. One Nimman và Maya Mall đều nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ. Nhân viên rất hữu ích, mặc dù tương tác của họ rất ít và thiếu sự ấm áp. Khách sạn yên tĩnh và thanh bình, có thể là do tỷ lệ lấp đầy phòng thấp. Giá hơi đắt, đặc biệt là vì nhiều tiện nghi vẫn đang được xây dựng. Nhìn chung, tôi muốn giới thiệu khách sạn này vì sự tiện lợi và sạch sẽ của nó.

Ưu điểm: 1. Nhân viên thân thiện: Khách luôn khen ngợi nhân viên khách sạn vì lòng hiếu khách nồng hậu và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mọi thắc mắc hoặc yêu cầu, nâng cao trải nghiệm chung của khách. 2. Vị trí: Stay Connection nằm ở trung tâm Đường Nimmanhemin, dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan chính, các lựa chọn ăn uống và trung tâm mua sắm. 3. Vệ sinh: Khách sạn duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh cao trong toàn bộ khuôn viên, từ sảnh đến phòng nghỉ, đảm bảo môi trường dễ chịu và hợp vệ sinh cho khách. Nhược điểm: 1. Mức độ tiếng ồn: Tiếng ồn từ các phòng lân cận, phòng vệ sinh và khu vực xung quanh có thể ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng giấc ngủ.

The floor drain in the shower room is not good (very slow) and the swimming pool is very small

Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

It was unique stay at this hotel the location was great and the room was excellent

This hotel was fantastic! I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is new and looks great, providing a fresh and modern atmosphere. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

Great location. Cafe, shopping mall, foods within walking distance. As long as you are not worried about the noise from airplanes, it would be a great choice!

Great location closed to food and city center, new and high quality amenities.

This hotel is new and the room is nice. Location is great coz it’s near to a lot of restaurants and the famous journal shop. Hotel need a cash deposit of $1000baht. And pls take note, they don’t allow taking of their bedroom slippers home as I believe they recycle them. If I know earlier that they re-use the bedroom slippers, I won’t have wore them as I don’t think it’s hygienic.

the hosptiality provided by both the front desk and bell service staff was exceptional and friendly. all of them communicated proficiently in English. A special shout out to the front desk member "Meen", who offered valuable travel and restaurant tips.

Nice new accommodation in business area, breakfast in a near by sister hotel

Location is great, hotel is clean. Was assigned to Tower C and need to walk out from front desk to our tower. A bit quiet when going back at night from the lift to our room.

Nowhere close to be a 5 star hotel, location is decent but everything else is probably at max a 3 star. Toilet keeps blocking for no reason.

Great hotel in a very good location, 3 minute walk from lots of restaurants/bars/stores. It’s also very close to a large shopping mall. The hotel itself is about 30 minutes taxi ride from most major tourist attractions in the area, we always booked through Klook who mostly picked up from the hotel lobby or a few minutes walk away
