If you are looking for the most perfect wedding venue, Peak Edge is definitely the one! We only ever viewed this venue and instantly fell in love, we knew this would be the place we would get married! The venue is beautiful. The oak room is perfect and so beautifully decorated (fire place and sky light) it makes for the most beautiful ceremony room. Everything is so perfectly laid out in the venue that you barely have to leave the one room, everything all leads to one another which is perfect at a wedding. All of the staff are wonderful, professional, patient and do everything to make sure your day runs smoothly. The planners (we had Francine at the start and Soraya towards the end and on the day) are just amazing! Any little question and they have the answers for you within minutes, they go through every minor detail to make sure everything is perfect on the day. Soraya was amazing, we were so honoured to have her as part of our wedding because we honestly would not know what to do without her. The staff on the day (particularly Tim and Zack) were brilliant and kept us in the loop with everything going on and where we needed to be. The food was unreal, the best we have ever had at a wedding. All of our guests commented on how amazing the day was and how wonderful the venue was, the best wedding they had ever been to! We had a lot of our guests staying over the night of the wedding and all rooms were beautiful, especially the honeymoon suite which was just so beautiful! The next morning Soraya had organised for our breakfast to be held in the Walton suite due to it being Mother’s Day and us having a lot of guests staying, just another touch which was perfect in ours by the team! Excellent Customer Service. Jay has been exceptionally helpful going above and beyond. Assisting with reservations and additional queries, he even included a mini tour of the various rooms available. Thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Day stay and will be back May for a luxurious few days in the English Countryside.

A fabulous romantic weekend retreat. The hotel is really comfortable and very well appointed. We had a feature room with a wonderful view over the pond and gardens. The room was spacious and clean and there were plenty of comforts. The bedding is good quality and the bed was extremely comfortable (even if it was a little short for me). The toiletries were of a good quality. There was a safe in the room, along with hair dryer, iron & board, mini fridge (stocked). This will now be our little weekend bolt hole. Thank you for making us feel very welcome. Our only criticism was the shower tray looked a little bit grubby and could do with a refresh. This is the result of a poor finish during construction rather than a maintenance issue. Some extra cleaning and re sealing would solve this. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The food is delicious and very fresh. The bar is comfortable, well stocked and very cosy.

Absolutely top class, lovely room, absolutely amazing food, and wonderful staff. Just gorgeous. The staff were helpful without hovering, the room was gorgeous and the front desk staff helped when we had forgotten a couple of bits. The room's tea and coffee facilities were also lovely.

A really lovely gem, We stayed for my partners 40th birthday for a quiet celebration. As soon as I had made my booking the guest services team emailed asking if there was anything they could assist with and booked us a table for dinner which was greatly appreciated. When we arrived the reception was lovely, spotlessly clean and the lady who checked us in (I wish I had gotten her name) was so welcoming and friendly. Whilst checking in the lady informed us we had been upgraded to a suite which was absolutely lovely and made the trip even more special. Once in the suite everything was perfect, it was spacious and the view was lovely. The bed was absolutely huge and so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was again spotless and spacious and had toiletries and towels provided. The shower was brilliant and had great pressure, We did try to use it in the morning and couldn’t get the water as warm however it was a very cold morning and I suspect prime time for the hot water so it didn’t bother us and wasn’t worth mentioning to the team. We made two trips to the restaurant on site and both meals were absolutely delicious and the staff so attentive. In the morning for breakfast one of the waitresses had a particularly awkward guest and she had the patience of a saint and kept a smile on her face throughout so hats off to her. Overall it was an absolutely lovely stay, The staff are a credit to this hotel and we both said we hope to return to stay again soon. If you are looking for a little gem with lovely views and luxury this is the place to be.
