The room we stayed in 214, sheets were wrinkled and there were hairs and lint on them. There was a crack in the tub, and a piece of the wall was missing behind the door. The light in the entry was not working.
I was disappointed in the room as I have stayed in the Bryson City location and it a was very nice.

Nice hotel just across the street from the ******. As we were checking in a gentleman came back to the lobby saying his room was not ready for his check in. Sent every one behind the counter in high alert to get it fixed fro him, which was nice to see. The staff was very nice and our room was clean. Wish the breakfast was till 10:30 instead of 9:30, but now I know.

We got there early and wanted to get something to eat at the ******. It was no problem to leave the car there until we checked in after 3.

This hotel is very nice. It's across the street from the ****** and the rate is half the price as staying at Harrah's. The breakfast buffet could have more options, but it was adequate.

Really close and accessible to the ****** went and seen a show at the Harrah’s and it worked perfect for walking back and forth.

Just a quick overnight. Great service from front desk staff. Limited selection at breakfast lots of breads. Clean & quiet stay on a Friday night.

People were nice, and the price is fair, but the rooms are in serious need of updating.

This place is probably the best place I have stayed at for the price! Grounds are very clean and comfortable. Room is very spacious not like a hotel more like an apartment. I recommend renting a room here before the standard hotel.
