The location of the hotel is great, close to main shopping street. the rooms are well designed and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is in a nice ambiance and a big variety of food is given. I only regret that the pastries have always been dry during my stay. Otherwise, all in all, it was a great experience.

If you are taking an infant *****, this place is a clear no go. There are no rooms for changing diapers or feeding infants. What is more appalling is the insensitive and callous attitude of the receptionist and the manager Anand who suggest that we change the diaper of our six month old baby on the sink. They didn't even apologize or suggest that they will represent to the management. What's the point of visiting a high profile place like this that is insensitive to infants.

The room was fully automated which was first for me. The seamless integration of automation not only enhanced the overall experience but also showcased how technology can elevate a hotel stay. The Residency Towers are located within the heart of Chennai. Making shopping travel within the city a breeze. Hotel is up to mark clean and comfortable. The check in staff, service staff, house keeping staff, restaurant crew have won our Hearts over. I celebrated my wife's birthday, on the 21Aug, Mr Micheal and team at the restaurant on the 20th floor, made the simple small gathering into a remarkable remembrance. Housekeeping supervisor Mr Sentil, was always at our service, friendly and accommodative. Morning breakfast and prompt serving of orders were 2nd to non. The friendly, service crew, were always around. The spread of Western and Indian dishes were served at our request with a smile. Overall, our experience and expectations was well served.
