Hi, I recently had my clothes sent out for laundry and unfortunately, my shirt came back whole colour bleeding on it. I was surprised when receptionist asked me to make the payment of 280 without offering any apologies. It was very bad experience to me.

Short trip for few hours but was clean hotel, staff were helpful. Bedsheets towels all were decent. Ac effective.

Had a bad experience staying here. Staff service is very poor. No one there lift the call
food service is also not that great breakfast not available

I have booked room with extra child but they don't have blanket and after that dont feel sorry for that.

Average stay. Good location, quiet surroundings, near metro station, good staff, average property, reasonably priced.

Spacious and reasonably clean. Suited me because of the location. There are food n drinks available at the restaurant n bar. Bathroom flush was functioning but had the cover broken once they had no filtered water
but i liked the room

I came to chennai to attend my relatives function near this hotel and i stayed here for one day. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The money we spend is worth.
