Stay in hotel royal plaza was pathetic due to there was no cleanliness and even lots of cockroaches in the room and as well as in the bed we ask the person to change the room but he was not at all interested and most of the room was in the same condition

Very pathetic stay. Hotel room was stinking whole night and i got sick today due to foul smell in the room. Also room was full of cockroach. Paints were peeling from wall. No lift was working. We climbed stair case with luggage to rooms. No intercom in room. They claim 3 star in the rating and they charged heavily for nothing. we stayed in 219 and 220 rooms. please don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very worst construction, rooms not clean, very bad smell in room, very bad maintenance of rooms.

The maintainance of the hotel is very poor. From the bedsheets to hot water, cleanliness everything was worse. The biggest surprise is they have removed telephone extensions also to call to reception or room service. This is equalent to any busstand side lodge.

Starts from front desk, the front desk agent was not professional, he is not ready to help me to get the fud ordered. He was simply saying that to reach out to bar and get it ordered. I went to bar and the bar was empty without any staff. Later staff came and i ordered food and it took almost 1 hour to deliver my food. The bar guy was very eager to make me pay at the room itself. Issues on room- no hot water. A very bad experience i had with this hotel.

Hotel location is on the road no difficult to find out but things what ever they said facility is not available at the time of checkin cockroch are also in side of room and pillow and bad sheet have some abnormal smells

Good location. But hotel lift didn't work. My room was 2nd floor. With low back pain, i had problem to carry luggage. Room telephone didn't function. Room was not properly maintained. The bedsheets and blankets smelled badly. Too many mosquitoes.
