V7 Hotel

Nightmarish experience ! All three nights we stayed the room wasn't cleaned. The *** at the front desk Arun was so rude it was like the lack of cleaning was my fault. On the first night the room was not ready despite the fact that we checked in after 9pm, and had called in advance to let them know we would have a late check in. There were used tissues of the previous guest lying on the floor and a cockroach in the room. Even after we raised a hue and cry the next 2 nights the room wasn't cleaned. One of the WORST stays of my life.

No cleaning, no daily use product, maskeeto etc food quality is very bed, room phone not available, whenever call to reception any think else say not available,

It’s a decent hotel. You can get all facilities. Don’t expect luxury. For solo stay it’s good. Market is near by and you can get all

Extremely unprofessional management. Cancel-led my booking at the last moment and the reasons given were totally unconvincing.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at V7 Chennai Hotel. Upon arrival, I had to wait for half an hour just to get my room. Despite booking an executive room, I was initially given a standard room instead. The room lacked basic essentials—there were no towels, no soap, and other basic amenities were missing. The cleanliness of the hotel was also appalling, with cockroaches spotted throughout the premises. On the second day, after being moved to the executive room I originally booked, the water from the shower and tap was black and completely unhygienic—absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast provided was well below average and not worth the cost. To make matters worse, the room service was virtually non-existent. After making continuous calls, someone eventually responded, but the service was still very poor. To add to the frustration, this was a non-cancellable booking, and despite these terrible conditions, they did nothing to resolve the situation. All I received was a ₹1500/- voucher as compensation, which doesn't even begin to make up for such a terrible stay. Lastly, the WiFi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

1st told was room was not ready, have to wait for 30 min. There was no soap provided, no hand towel provided (only bathing towel, no tv remote provided, ac was switched off at night. No phone calls answered. Intercom was not working, have to call at reception landlines for help, which never came. Out of so many flaws only soap was provided. Staff behavior was very arrogant.

Hotel food is horrible, infra is not up to the mark service is not good. Sure will do. Worst maintenance of hotel. Ac not working and staff are very lethargic and careless

Not given a proper hotel bill. No value of their commitment. The problem resolved very poor support.

Firstly, hotel is very untidy. Rest rooms are not cleaned properly after the last guest checked out. Breakfast was limited and again the buffet and table section you can find lots of flies. I need to stay for one night was just waiting for the morning to happen and then check out. Do not even try to book this hotel they said that rooms are not available I am lucky to get one. Terrible experience in a city like Chennai!!
