simply said it's a totally worst... room service and room cleaning it's worst.... hotel staff is drinking alcohol it's a bad experience in my life.... don't waste your money and time to spend this hotel...

My stay at GMT Tower was great. The ambiance was pleasant, and it’s conveniently located near the railway station.

Recently stayed at gmt towers for 1nights, and overall, my experience was [ositive check-in/check-out: the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The check-out was quick and i was satisfied with the process.

The rooms were pathetic with torn sheets, no network, no wifi, cockroaches all over, bathroom light not working and the blanket was just a thin mattress.

Room very old horrible, not cleaning properly old all amenities, at 3am someone try to inside our room may be thief or someone.

Not worth the money that i paid. Very basic room and washroom. Reception boys are very terrible

Hotel staff's behavior is very bad. They don't allow visiters in the room and there is no place provided to sit with the visitors.
