neaty mainatained
lifts shold have been in the middle of each floor rather than at the end
north indian restarant is worth a try
breakfast sready is good but go early to get good attenton
some rooms are modified which are very good
others are old styled wooden flooring which smells

Hi Ijaz Mohamed here, me & my frnds had a booking on September 15 to 17. We really enjoyed, like it we. Then it's done with the renovation it's like a new property awesome. And then the room cleaning is done & near in each & everyday by the supervisor Siva kumar & the room cleaning is done by Vidya Sagar he done is nice job & some hand made circular activity by the linen towels. So we really enjoyed tnq for taking care of us in that 2 days ✨🙌🏻💐

We were really pleased with our stay at the Welcom Hotel by ITC hotels. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to place where I have to go. I loved the ambiance it was very nice and it was very relaxing and enjoyed the vibe I would really thanks Mr.Bala for recommending me Welcom hotel Chennai.. will love to visit again.

From the grand lobby to the well-appointed rooms, everything at Welcomehotel screamed luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and they catered to our every need. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an extensive range of cuisines. Every corner of the hotel exudes class and elegance, making it one of the finest properties I’ve ever stayed in.

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at Welcomehotel. The ambiance was romantic, and the hotel staff made sure everything was perfect for our anniversary. Though this Hotel, called ITC Chola those days, was quite a favourite till about 10 years ago, I haven't stayed here since the ITC Grand Chola was opened. It was quite a pleasant surprise, therefore, to stay in this 'spanking new' Hotel after a long long time! Though the overall structure is the same, the entire hotel has been refurbished and artfully presents an experience of spaciousness. The GM, Ms Ila Prabhu runs a tight ship and the service is outstanding. If you ever stay in this very conveniently located hotel in the centre of Chennai, you must plan a dinner at the Chinese Restaurant. The spare ribs and the Sweet & Sour pork were delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Im impressed with the great hospitality and there was a lady named Brinda and Biki assisted me during check in .. They alloted me a room on higher floor and the room was clean ad comfortable. . coming to the breakfast the buffet was amezing and delicious .. And thank you. House keeping team and siva. ....

Spacious layouts, high-end amenities, tasteful decor - you name it they have it. Good Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines that are great for a good workout. The outdoor pool is perfect for a good aqua workout. Mr. Bala took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Thanks again
