Front desk staff, or extremely friendly and helpful block the fact that there were shopping in walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The original room that I was assigned to smelled like sewage. I requested another room and it was granted. Unfortunately, the inconvenience was never verbally acknowledged. I mentioned the smell of the room during check out as well and the desk attendant didn’t say anything.

The heater in the room was not working. The room felt colder than the outside in the morning. The staff did nothing to address the problem.

Rooms are beyond basic, outlets not working, no stopper in the sink, not even paper cups, no housekeeping available.

Not friendly service at the front desk. Breakfast was just ok. The room was clean, however short on towels, even though the booking was for a family of 4.

Great location near highways. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Two issues: breakfast is good, but service is spotty - unable to refresh joy items to keep up with guests arriving to eat.

All of the surfaces were streaky. Perhaps dirty cloths? Lots of hairs on the bathroom floor.
Doors close very loudly.
Appreciated having a few extra minutes to shower and gather my belongings after the Wineglass run.

Check in was super easy. The guy at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of dining options and we were able to walk to the restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
