The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

Comfy bed clean rooms shame about the bad smells that where comming from the bathroom. Breakfast was tasteless mushroom no flavour tasted like they had been boiled eggs oily taste just a let down had much better at other premiere inns . Room looked abit outdated.

I have stay here quiet often its always a joy. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, great music and a vibe for unwinding. The chef Will always remembers my food preferences and always goes above and beyond, really approachable. Lianey is always great and welcoming :-)

Room itself was clean and comfortable, but the heating didn't seem to be working as the room felt cold. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lainey and Tia. The bed was large, comfortable and we both slept well, although I imagine it could be a bit on the soft side for some people.

The experience was perfect. The bed are really comfortable and was sleeping for ages! The service was friendly and everything was clean as always. For the past 10year this how been my hotel to go to in the UK and has never let me down! Thank you for a good sleep as always :)

Great location. We stayed in a Premier Plus room which was very nice. The staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good value. Only slight issues. The duvet was too hot so we kept kicking it off, then getting cold. No on site parking, it cost £10/day.

Absolutely loved our new year's stay Only one niggle and all the guest says the same. One toaster for the whole breakfast room really not good when very busy times But the breakfast was always so freshly cooked by friendly chef Absolutely 💯 Thank you Pete and kay Dave and Vera York

We love this hotel . The location is the best in Cheltenham. Only problem is breakfast, how can it be right that there is only a two section toaster for a full hotel. I know , a first world problem! Apart from that , an excellent two day stay. We had a lovely two night stay . Thanks and see you soon.

Baking hot room. Thermostat tweaking made no difference and as you can’t open the window we boiled. Couldn’t sleep properly. Got out asap so I could breathe. It’s a shame because otherwise everything was fine and it’s a good location. I’ll bring a mini fan if I ever stay again.
