Car park to small but car was crashed into by another car so not a good morning when we came down to the car
At breakfast time the kitchen had ran out of harsh browns bread mushroom so not good as I’m a vegetarian

Staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good, though there are meat alternatives for vegetarians if that is important to you. The room itself was quite nice.
The problem was the specific room we were given. Room 109 (and I assume many of the other rooms on the first floor) is right above the bar. Both nights we were disrupted by noises. On the Thursday, live music was playing very loudly from 8pm until past 10pm. Being directly above the bar, the music was incredibly disruptive! On Friday, music began at 10pm. I actually called reception at 11:30pm as the music hadn't stopped. They were very apologetic and said they would get the music turned off straight away (which they did), as it should have turned off at 11pm. While I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved once I complained, it's poor that the hotel allows loud music to play until such a late time. I appreciate it was a Friday night, but I was working the next day, and the noise both nights really disrupted my sleep. The fan/heating unit was also so loud that we could not use it. I had a discount on the room, but I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had paid full price.

Great location in Kenilworth with plenty of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was excellent.

Worst trip to a hotel. How is this even a holiday inn? ACs/heaters not working in rooms, faulty shower, spiders on bed,etc. Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT GO especially with families. #holidayinn #IHG

On arrival, parking was very full but managed to find the last parking space.
Booked a family room and was allocated a room on the 7th floor. Took lift which only goes to 6th floor and then stairs to 7th. Stayed only one night at full rate.
Room was spacious & clean. Huge dry water stain on ceiling but wasn't an issue. Room was not prepared for 4 people as per booking ie sofa bed. On going out for the day I reported this to reception, as well as the toilet seat was extremely loose. Reception said not to worry as it will be taken care of. On our return, our room was well prepared but toilet seat was not fixed and was left in the very loose state that we found it in. Quite dangerous.
Breakfast was very nice and plenty of seating at 8.30am but had to wait quite a while for the replenishing of the hot buffet food.
All staff that were present at the hotel were very nice and polite but hotel was short staffed due to the religious festival at the time (that occurs every year).
Check out was smooth and quick.
Overall we had a nice room with nice breakfast that accommodated us for the one night. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room nice and clean, however the windows don’t open and the air con system wasn’t working so woke up

Good option for locality, free parking outside. Room size double ok, facilities good, clean & fresh. Usb sockets one side of bed only. Lots of good restaurant choices nearby. Good value.

Booked a suite and was disappointed. Hotels tired and in need of a full refurbishment. Bathroom had been refurbished but the door had no handle cover, loose screws and the paint was very chipped. Fridge in room was empty. The corridor linking the hotel blocked was icy cold as the electric radiator had packed up. The bed felt like you were laying on the springs trying to adjust your body to slot in and then not move.
Very disappointing for a hotel in the heart of Kenilworth.
Did offer good EV charging so at least one good comment.
