This was my first time at a Premier Inn and it was super lovely :) Giulio specifically was so lovely checking me in and explaining all the details I needed to know. Give him a raise!!! Overall the room was clean and comfy, the sheets and pillows were so fluffy and nice. Would love to come visit again 10/10 :)

The service staff is on top. Very kind and attentive. The room and towels are clean. I especially liked manager Givliot, very friendly 👍

I was very tired when I arrived but Giulio was very kind and accommodating. I decided to stay in the hotel for dinner and chef Raymon went out of his way to make sure my food was how I ordered, as I’m quite tired of chips these days while traveling UK, and made a lovely plate that was tasty too. Thank you so much!

Comfy beds, but duvet was a little stained no bedding for 2nd bed. Lamp on desk broken.Food in restaurant was very nice very relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. coriander to rooms smelly. Toilets in restaurant area not very clean. Plenty of tea bags and coffee etc available. Would stay again!

Comfortable room with all you could need. Helpful staff, especially Giulio who was kind and welcoming. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good too! Unlimited full English is some start to the day. Held our luggage after our stay as well. :)

I stayed three nights and enjoyed the cooked breakfasts very much. I asked for a poached egg and was happy with the result

Very disappointed with the room, expected so much more. Stained curtains and carpet, the chair material was dirty as well. Bathroom scruffy, shower had little adjustment on it. Wouldn’t stay again. Restaurant lacked a bar just bottled beers and drinks in a fridge unit, no atmosphere at all. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed recently for a hen party. We had four rooms booked, and staff were friendly when we arrived and held our bags as we were a little early for check in. When we did check in, we had the whole party with us (including those who weren't staying) and we were... merry... and yet we were still made to feel very welcome. Our room was clean and set up as a twin, as requested which was lovely. Upon returning back to the room for the night, the Bride had recieved a gift and a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding from Nikki Richard and team. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. Would stay again.
