DO NOT STAY HERE, it’s dirty, smelly, not clean, noisy, hot, unsafe I left and moved hotels in the middle of the night, all you could hear is kids running around, lots of other weird noises, it’s worse than budget, my kids said they’d rather sleep in the car than stay here Budget but still cost €83, you’re better off paying an extra €50 somewhere else and feeling safe with your family

D'abord il faut souligner le prix imbattable de 35E par internet. Environs calmes, situé dans une zone. Panneaux indicatifs sur la route et accès facile. L'accueil est très impersonnel, arrivée à 16h devant une porte close, une borne me demandant la carte bancaire de réservation pour obtenir je ne sais quel numéro...au final un appel téléphonique à la centrale d'appel (n° en 08 ) pour débloquer la situation. A côté de cela c'est un Etap ancienne génération un peu défraichi. Tout est basic dans les équipements. Très négatif : l'odeur de tabac écœurante qui imprègne la chambre (non fumeur) et même les draps pourtant propres (ou l'oreiller ??). Bref, bon pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Choix de cet hôtel via la plateforme téléphonique du groupe AccorHotels. Je voulais un hôtel économique proche d'une gare RER pour me rendre en transport en commun au salon aéronautique du Bourget. Etablissement assez éloigné des autoroutes donc compter 20 minutes pour se rendre à l'hôtel à la sortie de l'A104 en provenance de Reims. Parking gratuit avec possibilité de laisser son véhicule toute la journée du lendemain.La gare de Chelles Gournay est à près de 30 minutes à pied, possibilité d'y accéder par le bus ligne B arrêt devant l'Ibis. L'équipe de l'hôtel est plutôt accueillante et pas avare de renseignements pour m'aider à me rendre au Bourget. Finalement choix du bus 613 (à 10 mins à pied) en direction de la gare Aulnay-sous-Bois (35 minutes) puis RER B (3 stations). Je n'aurais pas choisi cet hôtel si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de clim. En période de canicule c'est affreux. Heureusement le personnel au check in m'a remis un ventilateur. Surprenant pour un prix de chambre supérieur à 50 €. Chambre confortable avec douche et WC en cabine. TV écran plat. A disposition, serviette et oreiller en plus. Petit déjeuner très classique et très économique (salade de fruits en boîte). Pas d'ascenseur. WIFI gratuite et performante. L'hôtel est effectivement occupé partiellement par des occupants longue durée. Restaurant chinois self service au bout de la rue. Peu de choix de restauration dans le secteur. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel passable comparé à d autres ibis budget. Cabine de douche vieillotte, chambre mal insonorisée pas de chauffage en arrivant. Petite dej correct et accueil correct également. Rien à proximité pour manger hormis un resto chinois.

j'étais satisfait de mes derniers séjour dans cet hotel,mais la,déception totale.l'hotel a mal vieilli,très bruyant,pas de clim,une literie déplorable,des traces de cigarettes et de chaussures sur le sol,le dessus de la cuvette des wc fendu.et le comble,le deuxième et dernier matin,la visite de cafards.quand a l'accueil,franchement décevant

Chambre vraiment petite. Très peu de place entre le bout du lit et le téléviseur. Toilettes et douche étroites avec des craquements du plastique de la structure. Réveillés à 5 heures du matin par une femme hystérique qui hurlait au téléphone dans le couloir. Mauvaise nuit.

Chambre vraiment pas propre ! Salle de bain pas propre du tout Une couette était jaune (on voit clairement la différence de couleur sur les photos) et il manquait plein de lattes donc pas confortable du tout !

Séjour fin avril : Les chambres étaient plus ou moins correctes mais la facturation du séjour est un cauchemar. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 8 adultes avec petits déjeuners, paiement sur place. Nous payons vers 16h00, 10 minutes plus tard, on nous annonce que les petits déjeuners ne seront pas disponibles le lendemain matin. Depuis le 1er mai, j'ai envoyé 5 courriels, téléphoné à maintes reprises, impossible de parler à un SAV, au service comptabilité, à un manager... Et toujours aucune réponse ni remboursement reçu depuis bientôt 5 mois. Tellement déçue, aucun respect pour les clients 😡
