"Clean hotel that shares a building with other offices and hotels. This hotel spans 2 floors, and offered a nice spacious room for 4 of us. The breakfast was ok with a homely feeling talking to local tourists as well. The location is within walking distance to the local night market and eateries."

"First impression is a tall ceiling, a clean and big room, bed is clean and nicely decorated bathroom, with a big bathtub, water is hot and nice. Plenty of nice food surrounding the hotel, a bit far from the train station. Friendly receptionist provides good suggestions on food and place to go."

"It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway.
The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!
The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"Excellent location just a few steps in front of Luodong station, however would easily miss the entrance as you need look outside building for hotel name. 4pm check-in is late, we got a room allocated 15-20mins ahead after waiting some time. The room layout is unique with a strong industrial design and open concept. Best was the spacious bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Just lack of a proper handwash! The double bed was comfy to sleep too, recommend Hive Hotel."
