"room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)"

"Well decorative structure of hotel, from lobby desk to restaurant, and resting areas with the whole compound provide super comfortable environment! About the hotel room, we had a very nice home, spacious enough for our family of 4. However, disappointed that kitchen comes with nothing, no any kitchenware or utensils at all, not for cooking purpose except only a kettle provided. Housekeeper only provides us 2 towels for shower instead of 4 for us during the 2 days we stayed. Hopefully hotel would aware of number of tenant."

"During my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city. The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers."

"Tôi đã ở Home Inn nhiều năm trước và là thành viên thẻ vàng (tôi không ở lâu và quên mất mình là thành viên thẻ vàng). Home Inns trước đây mang đến cho mọi người cảm giác rẻ tiền và bình dân. Ở tại Homeinn Business Hotel sau nhiều năm mang lại cho tôi cảm giác sảng khoái. Chất lượng rõ ràng được cải thiện so với trước đây cả về cơ sở vật chất lẫn dịch vụ. Nhân tiện, bữa sáng cũng rất phong phú (thành viên thẻ vàng được miễn phí bữa sáng cho một người). Vị trí của khách sạn cũng rất tốt. Với dân số thưa thớt ở Kangbashi, khách sạn nằm trong siêu thị, khu ẩm thực, phố nướng và nhiều nhà hàng khác nhau nên rất thuận tiện cho việc ăn uống. N*** cả khi bạn muốn thưởng thức đài phun nước âm nhạc, bạn có thể đi bộ đến đó (đi bộ mất nửa giờ). Những chuyến đi tiếp theo tôi sẽ tiếp tục lựa chọn Home Inn. Nếu có khuyết điểm thì đó là cống thoát nước của toilet chưa được vệ sinh sạch sẽ; giường hơi cứng."
