Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The front desk officer doesn't appear to be very helpful. I have stayed here before, but in the new building, which is clean and modern. For some reason, I overlooked the booking, and it was in the older building. The room is quite dated and smells like an antique shop. We called the front desk immediately after entering the room to inquire about switching to another room, as I am sensitive to smells and staying in this room for three nights, especially over New Year's Eve, would have been a problem. The officer didn’t sound happy at all and made us feel like it was a hassle to check with her manager about room availability. In the end, we had to pay an additional TWD 3,600 for an ”upgrade” to the new building.
The highlight of the stay is the New Year fireworks displayed by the hotel."

"We reached there a bit late, almost no carpark already. The counter staff very nice, helped us find a slot & direct the traffic. Room very spacious, clean & convenient. Breakfast super yummy too."

"Chúng tôi đến khu nghỉ dưỡng muộn, thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng và suôn sẻ, n*** khi bước vào phòng, chúng tôi ước mình có nhiều thời gian hơn ở khu nghỉ dưỡng. Khu nghỉ dưỡng có 3 khu vực để ngâm mình trong nước khoáng. Sau đó là khu vực ngoài trời (có đồ bơi) tại một tòa nhà riêng n*** bên phải tòa nhà chính - bạn có thể thấy trong ảnh. Ngoài ra còn có một spa khỏa thân (phân chia thành nam/nữ) ở tầng 8. Tôi thích khu vực trong phòng hơn nhiều. Bồn tắm ngâm thực sự sạch sẽ và nhà vệ sinh rất rộng. Bữa sáng có nhiều lựa chọn. Khách sạn cũng tặng một miếng bánh đường nâu địa phương cho các phòng như một món quà chào đón/mở cửa cho khách. Nếu bạn có thêm thời gian, đừng bỏ lỡ khu vực ngoài trời ở tầng 6. Hoàn hảo để tụ tập vào ban đêm với một ít bia cùng với quang cảnh!"

"My stay at Cim Meng Rou holiday villa is pretty decent. However, wifi password was not provided to us when we checked-in and upon calling the front desk, there was nobody there. The room is really spacious for 6 and there is even a hot spring tub in the toilet but our family has no time to use it. No major issue with the villa and the breakfast is pretty simple and decent."
