"I am kind of disappointed. First, I don’t have freedom to set room temperature. It was so warm and stuffy in the room. Room temperature was 27 degree even I set air conditioning to 18. So I called front desk to explain the situation, they said engineers would make adjustments, temperature would drop in 30 minutes. It did drop to 26. Unfortunately, it remained the same situation after we returned from out about. Problem remained in our four days stay.
Window is so dirty, please refer to the photo.
Breakfast is not worthy to try."

"優點：酒店很大很新，房間也很大，我喜歡衞生間裏的大鏡子，適合我這種喜歡化粧的女孩，我選酒店的主要標準就是看衞生間裏的鏡子怎麼樣，大不大，能不能觸控，亮度怎麼樣，離我站在洗漱台外側的縱向距離近不近；房間裏還有開放式小廚房和單獨的洗衣機，不錯。
缺點：隔音不行，我都能聽見隔壁房間放電視的聲音和洗澡聲音，還有就是馬路邊的噪音有點大
總結：如果下次還來綿陽我應該還會選擇這家酒店，但是別給我安排在靠近馬路一側的房間"

"之前住過它家酒店，當時看見離凱德廣場比較近，就住的這家酒店。今天是我第二次入住，帶來的體驗不是特別好。以下東西可以看出。
1.浴霸那個位置固定的很鬆，我洗澡的時候，把下面的開關一開（此時的浴霸是朝裏面的），然後那個花灑突然就從上面掉下來了，我幸好還注意了一下，如果換做是小朋友，把小朋友的頭砸到了怎麼辦。
2.頭頂花灑🚿噴灑的很不均勻，而且其中一個孔噴出來的很強烈，很急。這個樣子我應該怎麼洗澡呢，很不理解。
由此可以看出，酒店的保潔阿姨在打掃房間衞生的時候沒有注意房間設施是否需要維修，還是第一次見收拾房間衞生不檢查設施設備的。
3.酒店桌旁的那個固定電話機，不知道是壞了，還是怎麼樣了，使用不了，如果使用不了，就不要擺在那裡。如果可以使用，就把它修好。
表揚一下昨晚保潔阿姨，我進房間的時候忘記怎麼開房間空調了（之前開過，忘記了咋開，記得好像是遙控器還是什麼來的，忘記了）。撥打了酒店前台，用的是自己的手機。大概10分鐘左右，保潔阿姨敲響房門，為我解決了空調打開問題。"
