"原本是訂了其他酒店的，聲稱因為天氣冷，該酒店衹提供暖氣，讓原本又焗又臭的房間顯得十分難忍。向 Trip.com 反映後，得到迅速退房。
於是，便找到御景假日酒店，因為擔心又會有問題，因此先去實地考察為安全。大堂同事（瑩）知道我的擔心後，立即帶我參觀 507 號房。結果十分滿意，空氣流通無異味，設施齊全（除了沖涼間沒有放置沖涼液的置物架外），基本非常齊全，不用額外叫大堂再安排。
當下果斷在 Trip.com 訂 3 晚！
我發覺服務態度好，不是衹限前台的同事。甚至連，清潔工、用餐區的服務員也很好服務。這體現出，酒店管理的卓越，經理平時高標準所致，員工都習慣了這樣服務客人。
本人和小朋友，十分滿意！
酒店附近 3-4 家便利店、10 多間餐廳，更有 Walmart 超市，瑞幸咖啡、麥當奴、肯定基，也是 3 分鐘路程。非常方便！

最讓我感動的是，離店後我把相機支架不小心遺落在房間，酒店工作人員發現後主動打電話聯繫我，並細心地將物品寄回。這種負責任的態度真的遠超一般酒店。
以後再來廣寧騎行，這裏一定是我的不二之選！"
