"酒店總體來説還不錯，一是位置不錯，周邊都是餐飲，可供選擇；還有就是可以看見長江。二是房間也可以，雖然有點老，但是乾淨。三是服務也不錯，比較熱情，因為天熱，我們要求多給一瓶水，也很爽快。
不足也有，對於自駕者來説，停車不是很方便，要晚上6:00以後停，而且早上7:30要開掉。

"房間陽台上就可以看到巫峽口，感覺很棒，地理位置優越，前台就在遊客中心右邊，車可以停在地下車庫，去巫峽口景區太方便了。非常推薦在酒店的餐廳用餐，環境好，味道也好，價格合理。
酒店頂樓是弘發集團辦公室，我們晚上到的，走道和電梯空調都關閉的，很熱，第二天到上班時間，走道有空調了，但樓道一股煙味，前台有茶水提供，但不提供一次性杯子，問了説怕客人多拿，有點搞笑，服務還有待提高，衝著美景還是推薦入住的。"

第一天：趕上老闆兒子結婚彩排，非常吵鬧。晚上一直有搬運東西的聲音，樓上也非常吵，完全無法休息，孩子睡得很差。 第二天：一早上被司儀/總管的破嗓門吵醒，音響開的巨大，白天衹能帶着孩子出門找地方待着，晚上才回酒店休息，晚上還比較安靜，睡得不錯。
設施：新裝修，沒有味道，硬裝的很不錯
衞生：打掃房間的第二天兩三點才來，直接沒讓她打掃了
服務：房間居然沒有電話？但是前台反應還比較快，還送了水果和零食道歉，給前台的服務的點贊。"
