The location is perfect with lots of nice places to eat in a short safe walk and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The property is under major renovations so be prepared for some inconvenience but, the rooms are clean and currently the parking is free. I cannot wait to see to see it completely finished.

You really get what you pay for…the best part about the stay was being able to walk back from the bar. THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER REALLY A PART OF THE TRAIN STATION. Online photos and reviews were very deceiving since many people rated it well due to visiting the station, not the hotel itself.
Construction everywhere. It feels like a motel in every way. Not at all what was advertised. We even had creepy phone messages at night. Not kidding. Employees were kind at least. Will not return.

This our 2nd stay at this amazing property. We had a beautiful Chalet king room, so gorgeously renovated with okd charm. Stroll around, have drink or food at the numerous on site bars and restaurants. Or take a short stroll out the back gate to the open scratch kitchen and bar, State of Confusion.

Lovely hotel that has undergone recent renovation. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower was wonderful with actual water pressure. Would have rated higher but the parking situation is a nightmare. Chattanooga’s parking is a mess, but we quickly found the hotel does not have enough spaces for their guests. We paid for parking at the hotel only to not have a space available

This hotel is behind the old station in Chattanooga. There are now bars and restaurants in the station. The hotel is beautiful with carefully decorated rooms, to look like the 1940’s. Everything is tasteful and well done. The staff are friendly and helpful. However I feel that at the price they are charging, one or two extras might have been included: there was only enough coffee for one cup each - no coffee in lobby either. No breakfast muffins or anything. Drinks, premium tea and coffee and even water was chargeable. The pool area was ok, but not great - you were surrounded by railroad carriages. There is a free shuttle bus to downtown.

I can’t say enough how wonderful this stay was! The room seemed like it was prepared just for me - steamer, umbrella, coffee, space for visitors, easy WiFi, nice food options, easy parking. Don’t forget the robes neatly folded in the closet! Bed was super comfy. Shower was perfect. So close to premium food options and meeting spaces. Staff were super helpful. Don’t hesitate in booking your next stay here!

Definitely a unique experience. The old railroad passenger cars converted to hotel rooms are well worth it. It's easy to imagine you're traveling decades ago in a luxury train. The bathroom is fantastic. The layout is carefully thought out. The location is awesome, within minutes of Ruby Falls and Rock City and the Chatanooga Choo Choo site. Caitlyn and John at the front desk were great. I highly recommend this hitel.

It was an awesome trip. The hotel was really nice with a mix of modern and Antique. The bands were very comfortable pillows. Also, we slept great. We came to see Jesse Murph in concert. It was the perfect place to stay. She was playing at the Signal and it was only about 100 feet away. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and we had an awesome would recommend it to anyone and we will be back.

It was great value. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good parking. Centrally located. Great amenities. Close to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. If you like art Chattanooga is a wonderful place to visit and this is a great hotel to stay at .
