I'm big on customer service and every employee that we encountered welcomed us with a warm smile and they were very helpful in assisting us with places to eat. The hotel area is nice and clean; a very welcoming atmosphere. My 9 year old loved the heated pool and gym. Our suite was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Checked it and that process took over 20 minutes. Once we got our room and settled in for the night we found out the shade didn't go down and our room was facing the parking lot so the whole room was literally up. The AC was broken. Got a new room at 1:30am. Once in that room the AC broke twice. We never got room service had to keep asking for new towels and we stayed for four nights. The pool was supposed to be heated but not everyday was it heated.

We came up for a weekend and this was a perfect place for us. Close enough to everything and comfortable. The room was clean and nice, the breakfast decent, and we were pleased.

This hotel was terrible. Shades did not work and they handed me a comforter to hang over the window. Plugs did not work for my laptop, No water pressure in shower. Elevators were scary and shook all the way to top floor. Noticed way past its service date posted. We left a day early

It was VERY convenient to downtown and the University. The sheets were extra soft and the bed felt very fresh. The shower was hot and pressure was great. I loved that they used Dove products because they tend to be gentle on skin.
Road noise made it somewhat difficult to sleep. The rooms seemed a bit older and maybe not as clean as expected due to things just being older like floor grout, rust spots around things, and some staining around the toilet. This made me not want to try things like the keurig.
The pool area, although we didn’t use it, looked especially clean. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing. Fitness room was adequate for my needs. I did not use the pool but it looked really clean

Really nice hotel close to the river and restaurants. Very nice bed and pillows! The breakfast items ran very low but it was ok overall!

The woman working the front desk was super kind, friendly, helpful, and just had great customer service. The hotel was clean and neat and conveniently located.
