Accueil désagréable, l'impression de déranger (monsieur ne dit pas bonjour, madame souffle). Une fois installés à table il manque une chaise que l'on a du aller chercher, se suit une découverte des poils sur la nappe de plus la table était pas très accessible (obligé de déranger si une envie pressante nous prenait) les personnes installés on été obligés de se décaler. Après cette incroyable découverte (mouches mortes et poussière sur le bord de fenêtre) nous avons décidé de partir sans manger. Vu les prix sur la carte on s'attend à certaines prestations.

Certainement le meilleur hôtel de Châtillon sur Seine, hôtel familial à l’ancienne est rustique, mais vraiment sympathique restaurant aussi tenu par un passionné où tout est maison. Très belle carte de Vin. Une adresse incontournable quand on est de passage à Châtillon sur Seine.

Hotel 4 stelle tutto incluso, imbatto in arriso consegna delle chiavi con il mio bagagli mi portano in camera, camera piccola non idonea a quella che avevo prenotato e pagato , faccio presente al direttore della reception e mi cambiano la camera , uguale alla prima tranne che con vista parziale mare. Ristorante che non sai cosa mangi perchè' non c'è scritto nulla selle mensole dove ci sono le pietanze nessun NOME DI COSA MANGI Catastrofico
