Customer Service was amazing!!!!!! Chelene was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking with her. The room was clean. And when I asked for sheets, Chelene took the time to bring them to my room.She’s an amazing person!!

This hotel location was amazing. It was convenient for my business meeting and to see family near by. Drexel and his team was amazing. Out all the hotel I been all company need to mimicked there customer value. Drexel teach his team to have great customer service and it show throughout their work. Drexel thank you for an amazing experience.

This review is due to the kindness of the GM Drexel. Stayed here visiting for a funeral, great rate and upon checking in just the small conversation and his kindness was very welcoming, wish more places would train to have such great customer service like I received here at check in.

I really enjoyed the location the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about things to do and see in the surrounding areas. I ran across the manager Drexel and we had an awesome conversation about my travel and the greater Charlotte area. I look forward to coming back and staying at the same hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

The workers are very helpful and friendly the beds and rooms were clean and sheets fresh . Hallways vacuumed daily and trash always dumped laundry room always clean free parking 24 hour around the clock help from employees

Perfect place to stay you can it looks like small studio with a kitchen you can cook your own meals et you can even rent it as an apartment I did really love it 😍 my dog and I were really happy 😃 see you next time

I had a wonderful hotel experience beginning with a seamless check-in process. The room was pristine with comfortable furnishings. The location was in a great convient area location in Charlotte. I would highly recommend this location if you are visiting the area. Thank you Dior for the excellent customer service!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel; the Front Desk staff provided outstanding service and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring, with everything you need conveniently nearby. I look forward to returning and staying here again.

Had a great stay at hotel. Drexel was able to assist me to book and get signed up for perks. The hotel room was quiet and very comfy. Clean love my stay and will def be coming back again to stay.
