This was a good stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was missing a few items and could have had more options. The location is closebto the university and is convenient.

Basic, no frills, but clean, comfy & safe feeling. Appreciated the unexpected free upgrade to a King Suite. Close proximity to PNC Music Pavilion, which was why were there. Didn't use the pool area because of timing, but I often choose hotels taking their pool area into consideration & I would have been disappointed if I had booked this hotel for the pool area. Tiny pool at the back of the hotel. Pool area just seemed kind of gloomy-ish overall. Free basic continental breakfast was edible, but nothing special. No OJ, due to shortage was weird. Oh, and the elevator. One didnt seem to be working at all & the other had a blinky fire dept light that was kind of unsettling.

Breakfast was very accessible, people & staff very respectful and friendly. Noticed high volume of business when it came to elevators early in the morning but overall good. The room itself very spacious but our bathroom made a whistling noise when showering little annoying.

We had a great stay! The front desk guy was extremely nice and courteous! Our room was clean and the bathroom had a great shower! Our breakfast was very good! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Condition of the hotel was poor, for example shower curtain installed incorrectly. Room condition was not maintained very well. Air conditioner stopped working after one day. No longer cooled and it was quite humid in the room.
One morning in the breakfast area a member of the staff stood in the room and talked very loudly to another guest, not in English. It was very distracting and not conducive to a relaxing breakfast. Inconsiderate to other patrons.

Convenient location and the facility itself is good. However the room “109” smelled like mildew or old ass water. Bought febreze and it barely made a difference. And fridge on max cold was nothing, had to keep food on ice to stay fresh. Our stay in the past has been better but this time had issues. Overall the price was worth it just expected better. Might pick something different next time.

Came for a group trip. Country ainn was afforable and the room was very clean. Loved that it was close to a lot of dining options. Very quiet which was much appreciated.

Reviews I read were really good, but it was less than average for cleanliness and condition. Noisy air conditioner that turned on and off or was too cold if kept on fan. Bedding thin. Area was just ok.

Staff were wonderful. Property is very convenient. That said the motel needs an upgrade.
