Welcome to your Home Away from Home in Charlotte, North Carolina. Newly renovated, we have equipped our home to make every effort for our guests to feel cozy and comfortable while sparing no details in design. Close to restaurants and main attractions like Carowinds, Lake Wylie, Top Golf, The Premium Outlets, PNC Music Pavilion, Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Nature Preserve Campground. 15-20 minutes from the Charlotte International Airport, Bank of America Stadium and The Spectrum Center.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet Hours are after 10pm, Please keep music down after that as we are in a residential neighborhood.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

The house was nice and clean. It was in a really nice area. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great home, great amenities, and excellent communication
We had a great stay. The home was exactly as described was is well cleaned and is well kept. The backyard is perfect for pets and has a deck perfect for outdoor relaxation. Communication for this listing was easy and I always got a quick response. Thank you for a great weekend! We plan to be back in the future.
