Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy a home cooked meal in or walk around town for a night out. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing at home. This condo is great for a visiting executive, friends in town to explore CLT, or someone in need of a long term stay!About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet Hours from 11pm-8am. Please keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours and go enjoy the city :). Noise detection systems are in place.Mansion properties are all Smoke-Free. Smoke detection systems are installed in the home.
