Even though the booking was done and paid through Trip.com the hotel asked on arrival that we pay resort fees so I provided my credit card and later realized that the hotel charged me for the entire stay not just resort fees like they said, and they actually charged me twice! When checking out I told the hotel staff about their mistake and they said they’ll refund me however when I checked my credit card I noticed the refund but also several additional charges so they basically refunded me and charged me again!! I tried calling the hotel but nobody answers so my advice is to stay away from this hotel! Additionally they had bed bugs!! So not only you’re paying 3-4 times the price but you’re also getting bit by bed bugs!

The representatives were all very friendly and informative.
The room was very comfortable and very clean.
The pool was very nice but a bit cool due to it’s always in shade between the Hotel and the neighboring building.
Complimentary breakfast was a variety. From dry cerial, to hot oatmeal or grits, to waffles to eggs and fried potatoes with peppers. Very Nice.
Only one suggestion would be to add a couple of towel holder hooks or racks so to be able to reuse.

Excellent location for those needing a place to stay for medical appointments/procedures to be done at the VA Hospital and at Medical University South Carolina (MUSC).

Everything was great EXCEPT that the shower water never got hot enough! Lukewarm at best on 4 occasions. Only once was water acceptably hot. And the ironing board was broken.

This property was booked for a respite from staying at the hospital with my critically ill husband. They DID NOT honor my reservation after charging my credit card. Dishonest, noncommunicative!

The guy at the front desk was SO nice! Showed us how to use the free shuttle to get every where we needed to go. Stop is literally next to the hotel. You do have to ask for ask for housekeeping each day if you want it but that was no big deal.

I'm not sure how but there was long brown hair everywhere in our suite. There was hair in the bed, fridge, tub, table etc. We decided to get some ice and the ice bucket had mold in it or it was just dirty. Yes, it had hair in it too. I went to call the front desk and the phone in our room didn't work. I went downstairs and we were moved to another room. This room didn't have hair everywhere.
