Name: Aditya Kumar Chandla Room No.(stayed in): 208 Check Date :- 25 Sep (Late Night) I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the night staff named “Ashutosh” at the Ramada hotel during my recent stay. Upon check-in, I was shocked to be informed that there would be no assistance with my luggage because of shortage of staff and I was expected to carry it to my room myself. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel with the Ramada name. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this lack of basic hospitality, “Ashutosh” the front desk staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner said in my back “Ja kar de complain”. His behavior was dismissive, and instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he misbehaved and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe that every guest deserves courteous and attentive service, and this experience has left me questioning the standards upheld at your establishment. I hope that this issue is taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure that future guests do not face the same unpleasant treatment.
