Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Goa towards the end of our India trip and had a great experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful—modern, well-maintained, and very clean. And although this isn’t a beachfront property, the location is great with just a short 5-minute taxi ride to some great beach bars like Mayan BC, Jolene, and Purple Martini. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel amenities were solid, although it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is very family-friendly, and with just one pool, it can get quite lively with kids. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing pool experience like we were, then this might not be ideal. The food at the hotel was consistently good, with a variety of options to suit everyone. Just be sure to check everything is piping hot and cooked fresh. The spa is also lovely. We had a couples massage which was excellent - great spa facilities and very relaxing. What made our experience was the 5 star service. The staff were incredibly attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Rakhee and her concierge team who were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. Their care and attention to detail with small touches were beyond impressive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
