Golden Palm Resort

The lodge was great . Loved the verandah. Clean & tidy site . Entertainment amazing . I cant walk well so everything was close enough for me to enjoy . We are booking next year . 4 happy oap.s 😊

The caravan was excellent, very clean and everything that you could need. The shops on site were good, we used the chippy, and the grocery shop. As I have already said, the entertainment was too noisy. The swimming pool was very good and because we had to book a time it wasn't overcrowded. Tha grounds are kept very tidy, and there is a bus stop right outside. If you get on one of the themed buses, ask the driver for a badge, each bus has its own badges.

I have been coming to Golden Palm for many years. I used to own a caravan, but now I hire a fleet caravan. I normally stay in a Villa Alto right next to a lake. This resort has everything for a family from arcade, children's play area and an outdoor sport area, to indoor soft play in the club tropicana, a launderette, indoor swimming pool and reception area. Depending on walking distance, it normally takes me 10 to 15 minutes to the beach. Plenty of restaurants, bars, amusements, a short walk to Trunch Lane. The site has its own shops of supermarket, gift shop, chinese takeaway, chicken takeaway, mambo pizzas and fish n chips. The entertainment in the club is excellent, starting early with kiddies, then on to adult bingo followed by main artistes of the night. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chapel st Leonards.

Great caravan at a great price. Great club house.food in pub across the road was fine to. Arcade on site was good went for 3 days .Shane the area doesn't have a bit more there but the site is a good one to stay at. Was a very clean site.we were a little walk from the club house but it is a growing site as we were on an extended bit in the retreat.

Just back from a week here. Enjoyable time. Caravan was spotlessly clean. Bedding looked brand new! Pool was great fun. The kids loved the slides. Entertainment was good.. we only did 1 evening show as had the later swimming slot. It's what you make of it! Soft play was great for kids. Pleasant stay!

This is our second time here. We love the location and the fun pool. All good and enjoyable. Don't wish to be negative but surprisingly a girl (wearing glasses and she didn't give her name) were very unfriendly at the Fun Pool reception. We all work, provide supoort and keep our customers happy. That makes our society. Spoke to her manager and requested to provide her customer support training. Hope that may help her and the resort both.
