Personnel très sympathique, l’endroit est hyper charmant.

Nice memories... The food was very tasty. Variety of meats, vegetables, dips, fruit and ice cream. The desserts were very sweet, but you could choose something for yourself. The room I had was nice, spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. We slept on it with a one-year-old child. In addition, we also had a baby cot. The bathroom was nice, the unique thing was the urine smell that appeared from time to time. Definitely needs repairing. The pool was nice. If you need hot water for a small child, it's not super great because the water is not heated. The staff creates an atmosphere. Very professional and helpful. A strong point of this place. Great job by Caterina from the kindergarten who took care of my child. It was nice and fun. The worst part is the rocky beach. The website states that it is a sandy and rocky town, but entirely rocky. I was in the company of Poles, Norwegians and Swedes, who are extremely friendly and calm in the presence of small children. I had a pleasant holiday.

Fantastic hotel and good food. strongly recommended. An extra big plus to Panus and Georgina who work at the pool bar. great service and they have the best drinks at the hotel (Crete) We will definitely go back here soon. Their training facility is very good and you can also play padel and Tennis here

Feels like home from home. Been before and the welcome received was amazing. Feel like part of the family. Staff amazing, especially Antonio, Gina and the manager. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the waitresses so friendly. Missed panos, but Gina made up for it. Will definitely be back. Food 5 star plus as was our room. No complaints and can't praise highly enough. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We will be back. Liz and Christine.

This hotel is definitely what it says, 5*. This was mine and my partners first time in Greece and it did not disappoint. The food was always amazing, every member of staff was so welcoming and it was a relaxing place to spend a week. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and they were all so friendly. There isn’t much around the area but you can get a bus for around €3 to the Old Port in Chania. Lots of different themed nights and little things to do at the hotel. We did the wine tasting night and it was a great experience. We never go back to the same place twice but we cannot wait to come back here again soon. Thank you Cavo Spada for making our first time in Greece so special

This is a large, somewhat remote hotel, approximately 2 miles from the village of Kolymbari. The rooms are spacious but a little dated and drab (in my opinion). The swimming pool is large and relatively shallow , reassuring if you have young children. The hotel is extremely clean and the food is varied and good. However, there is a large BUT. Despite the fact we were all inclusive, there are many extras. Just to visit the Italian restaurant there is a minimum charge of 36 euros per couple, the fish and BBQ nights are priced even more highly. In every hotel I have visited, speciality evenings are part of the all inclusive experience. Even wrapped ice cream/lollies are extra. There is a coffee machine in the room but pods are only available at Reception at 2.50 euros each. Outrageous. There is a deposit for pool towels, most of which have seen better days. I don’t believe this is a true all inclusive hotel nor is there any mention of extra costs in the holiday information.

Great hotel, fantastic food , our room with pool access was really handy, lovely spacious room, nice big comfy bed, very clean! The gym is brilliant, my partner is very into fitness and visited each morning, they even opened it early for him! Beautiful area and the staff are absolutely amazing. Couldn’t want anything more! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

From the moment we set foot inside this Hotel, we were treated like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. Reception staff were quite efficient, Bar staff were amazing (Christina, Galinni, Katerina, pool bar Panos and Georgina). The restaurant provided fantastic food and the Manager Antonis was superb. We'd thoroughly recommend this Hotel, one of the best holidays we've ever had and we travel a lot.

We have chosen the hotel as the right solution for whom who love to stay in luxury hoten with quite area include private beach. It was excelent choice to us. Preffessional service, teasty meal (wide range of regional kitchen), really friendly staff ... I would recommend the hotel to all who need relax. BTW, big thank you to hotel´s manager for approach during solving our issues wth travel agency.
