Arkadi Hotel

No Hair conditioner and the hair dryer was hidden in the room otherwise it was fine.

This is an absolutely well-maintained hotel in the heart of Chania and I wish they maintain it that way in the coming years too. The breakfast they serve is good. Very polite reception staff. Special mention needs to be made about the housekeeping - they diligently makeup the room daily. The only minus is the view from the room. My room faced a rather badly maintained building portion, perhaps in the same complex. Maybe the hotel itself should spend a little money to repaint and make that part look good at par with the hotel itself

Nice hotel with perfect location near bus station and old town. I really liked breakfast and want especially mention grissini, fresh fruits and vegan cheese. Coffee was from machine but it was good and enough choices. The view from our balcony was on inner ward, where were lots of pigeons, so also lots of pigeon poop everywhere. In the fridge were one bottle of water and two bottles of lemonade free of charge.

We arrived late in the evening at this centrally located hotel and were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in by a friendly gentleman named Michael. Our spotlessly clean room was located at the rear of the hotel on the third floor. It was spacious and functional. My only criticism being a lack of storage so much of my clothes remained in our suitcase. My husband told me I had brought too many outfits, but he was wrong. The room had a spacious outside area with table and chairs. It overlooked a quiet back street which was quite magical late in the evening. Breakfast was served buffet style in a large room on the ground floor. The choices were excellent and plentiful. We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Should we venture to Chania again we would not hesitate to choose Arkadi Hotel.

Very good hotel, very kind staff, excellent location. Everything was perfect. Quick access to all the places to visit, very close to the bus station for those who want to go to the other cities of Crete. Super satisfied I recommend with confidence
