Nước nóng lạnh không ổn định khi gặp mưa, việc điều chỉnh nước nóng lạnh có hai thái cực, hoặc bỏng chết hoặc nước lạnh hoàn toàn😪; 3. Phòng quá nhỏ, thậm chí còn không bằng một số khách sạn giá rẻ và nhanh chóng, khác xa với mức 5 kim cương mà Ctrip đưa ra cho bạn. Khoảng cách từ cuối giường đến TV gắn trực tiếp trên tường chỉ là 50-60cm, lại không có tủ tivi; Một bên là vách nhà tắm, một bên thậm chí còn không có lối đi cách cửa sổ 🤬; 4. Thời gian ăn sáng kết thúc quá sớm, 7:00-9:30, bạn đang đùa tôi à? Đó là một khách sạn 5 viên kim cương… 5. Hồ bơi cố tình không được đưa vào sử dụng liệu có xứng đáng để khách hàng lựa chọn mình?... 6. Không có tủ quần áo, trước cửa sổ có cột để treo quần áo, bạn là khách sạn tốc hành giá rẻ hay khách sạn 5 viên kim cương? ? ? ?

Great location with spacious room. Nice hotel staff with free room upgrade. I will definitely come back again if I drop by this city next time. This hotel is valued for money.

A very ideal location that near to a Train Station. Making our way around Changsha by subway is also very convenient. Room was very clean, spacious and neat, staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We really enjoy our 1 night stay, we will certainly be back again when we visit Changsha. We

Free pick up service very useful for my mum who has difficulty in walking. Check in is a breeze. Breakfast is the awesome with a mix of local and western fare. The housekeeping made an extra step to wash a pair of my socks.

Super new hotel, good facility and clean rooms. Conveniently located only 10 min by foot from the station. We used it to catch our train early in the morning.

Overall was good, the only problem is the air conditioning was not too good, turn on for more than 6 hours still remain 23.5℃, also the toilet remote is not working.

We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is top quality for the money and location! We were blown away by the amenities like robot food delivery, washing machine with free detergent, and a beyond delicious breakfast with an incredible variety of food! The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station and metro! English is minimal but that’s ok because the staff was very friendly!

Instead of offering appropriate assistance, she merely stated, "用水沖沖就好了，我給你拿燙傷膏," which made me feel as though I was the one at fault. Following this incident, no staff members approached to provide help; I was left alone in the washing area for over five minutes, which I find completely unacceptable. I was unable to identify the staff member involved, as she did not provide her name; however, the duty manager at that time was 杨雪. I ultimately had to walk to the service desk to seek assistance, after which 杨雪 came to help. When I inquired about the standard operating procedure (SOP) for handling such situations, she was unable to provide a clear answer, indicating a potential lack of training among the staff. This entire experience was both frustrating and disappointing

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far in China. The services are super good and professional. 小贺was the girl who checked us in and she was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! If you have never been in a Chinese hotel breakfast, it’s not like anything in the US. YANNIAN has literally all options for you - Chinese traditional, western style, and even Hunan authentic style. We had the family room and our 4 years old loved it! Everything is just perfect for us! The afternoon tea is super nice, quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the couch and watch the entire city on the 26th floor. Also, the gym, my husband checked out the gym and it was good too! Highly recommend this hotel. But if you want to go to Wuyi Square, this place is pretty far. YANNIAN is close to the Changsha South train station. They have free train station pickup/drop off services. The driver was also really professional and good.
