1. Cửa sổ bị dột, mình ngồi trước bàn dùng máy tính mà gió lạnh thổi sau lưng😪; 2. Nước nóng lạnh không ổn định khi gặp mưa, việc điều chỉnh nước nóng lạnh có hai thái cực, hoặc bỏng chết hoặc nước lạnh hoàn toàn😪; 3. Phòng quá nhỏ, thậm chí còn không bằng một số khách sạn giá rẻ và nhanh chóng, khác xa với mức 5 kim cương mà Ctrip đưa ra cho bạn. Khoảng cách từ cuối giường đến TV gắn trực tiếp trên tường chỉ là 50-60cm, lại không có tủ tivi; Một bên là vách nhà tắm, một bên thậm chí còn không có lối đi cách cửa sổ 🤬; 4. Thời gian ăn sáng kết thúc quá sớm, 7:00-9:30, bạn đang đùa tôi à? Đó là một khách sạn 5 viên kim cương… 5. Hồ bơi cố tình không được đưa vào sử dụng liệu có xứng đáng để khách hàng lựa chọn mình?... 6. Không có tủ quần áo, trước cửa sổ có cột để treo quần áo, bạn là khách sạn tốc hành giá rẻ hay khách sạn 5 viên kim cương? ? ? ?

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed so far in China. The services are super good and professional. 小贺was the girl who checked us in and she was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! If you have never been in a Chinese hotel breakfast, it’s not like anything in the US. YANNIAN has literally all options for you - Chinese traditional, western style, and even Hunan authentic style. We had the family room and our 4 years old loved it! Everything is just perfect for us! The afternoon tea is super nice, quiet and relaxing. You can sit on the couch and watch the entire city on the 26th floor. Also, the gym, my husband checked out the gym and it was good too! Highly recommend this hotel. But if you want to go to Wuyi Square, this place is pretty far. YANNIAN is close to the Changsha South train station. They have free train station pickup/drop off services. The driver was also really professional and good.

It’s a comfortable hotel located in a nice neighbourhood. Noise level are low as well.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and felt relaxing. The front desk were helpful, especially when it came to dealing with my elderly mother in law. I was looking forward to using the swimming pool, but unfortunately it was closed for refurbishment. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety and was of a good standard. I look forward to staying here again

Clean, neat hotel with excellent location for High speed train station .lots of food options in the proximity. There is a laundry room but would have preferred a clothes iron as well as a safe in the room.

Great family room with plenty of toys for the little one, spacious and clean. Hotel is modern and trendy, good breakfast options and they even have a mini-library corner for guests to just wind-down. Great choice to layover for 1 or 2 days before heading out of the city!

If you want milk tea, you can have milk tea, and if you want a room, you can have a room. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail.

definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.

10 minute walk from the train station and close to IFS and city center by metro and didi. Hotel is super clean and new. Rooms are big, clean, and well decorated. The hotel itself is well decorated as well.

A smart system hotel with 5 star amenities, but the location is not very central, not much eateries around. The nearest is a shopping mall.

Although it's not near the city center, the location is convenient enough that the hotel just nearby the Changsha South station. The hotel also arranged free upgrade of our room and pick up car service between the station and hotel, which is really friendly. The staffs were really nice, especially Mr. Lee from the front desk, who picked us up at the station the first day and also drove us back the station the last day.💕 He is kind to guide us and we really appreciate it. The food is excellent, the buffet breakfast offered many choices and the food delivery service from restaurant is also good. Looking forward for the next time we stay in.

Very new hotel great price very close to railway station and a mall. If you want to walk make sure you choose the correct station exit but not easy with luggage. Taxi driver upset about short fare. The mall has lots to eat. 35 minutes car ride to all the tourist locations near the river. Reception ladies very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was good lady chef tried English. Very good value for money.

We stayed here as we are travelling via the High Speed train the next day. Great location, everything is clean and tidy. There is also free laundry and drying services. Noise proof is slightly weak but at this price point, everything is nice. Recommend.
