Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

首先是優點： 1. 每次攜程下單都會填上對房間位置的特殊要求，真的是第一次碰到能認真閲讀我的需求並按照要求給我預留房間。並且升了房型，更寬敞。前台服務人員好評。 2. 酒店有地上地下兩個停車場，對自駕很友好。酒店地處相對外環，這樣避免了自駕堵車，同時地鐵d等公共交通亦很方便。 但是也有點需要改進： 早餐。早餐怎麼説呢，給的扣扣搜搜的，住了三晚，最後一天因為趕路起的很早，才發現原來早餐有水果。但是前兩天八點多去用餐，水果什麼的都不補充了。還有把煎蛋放在後廚，需要問才能給，這也是第一次遇到。但是那個米粉還是好吃的。早餐算是管飽不管好吧。 但總體上還是推薦的。

便捷性：酒店位於灣田國際區域，雖然距離市中心稍遠，但周邊環境安靜，適合商務休息。自駕停車很方便，停車場有充足車位。初次抵達時注意到大廳設在3樓，需先在1樓乘坐指定電梯上樓辦理入住 🔹 房間設施與舒適度：預訂的舒適大床房配備了記憶棉床墊，軟硬度恰到好處，睡得格外踏實！房間乾淨整潔無異味，衞生細節處理到位 🔹 服務與環境：前台工作人員效率很高辦理入住和退房都衹用了幾分鐘，還主動告知早餐時間

淋浴間乾濕分離，水壓大，熱水穩定，洗澡很舒服，毛巾和浴巾都很乾凈，沒有異味。早餐到10點才結束，睡懶覺也能趕上，這點很人性化，適合不喜歡早起的人。有當地特色湯粉，嚐了嚐挺正宗的，不用出去找，對於遊客來説很方便。

這次來這家酒店入住真的是超出預期的一次入住！房間打掃得特別乾淨，沒有異味，床軟硬適中，睡得特別舒服,酒店設施設備也很新，阿姨們打掃的衞生很乾凈，人也特別好，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情態度也很好,位置便利，性價比高,整體體驗非常棒，五星好評，推薦入住！

挺喜歡這裏的房間，還不錯，前台幫忙做了一個升級，很貼心，衹有一份兑換早餐，還送一份早餐，非常的感謝，笑容燦爛，非常熱情，酒店的位置也挺好的，交通很方便，去地鐵站出去玩都很近，房間乾淨衞生，早餐的話有很多種，前台推薦的湖南米粉還可以，是一次不錯的體驗，如果有機會也會跟朋友推薦

酒店的裝修和環境都超出預期的好，價格也不貴，前台旁邊還有一個閲讀區可以休息，一邊看書一邊喝奶茶，非常人性化，前台服務員態度很好，尤其是小楊，因為我們第一次來長沙也不知道附近有什麼好玩的地方，所以詢問她，小楊很耐心跟我們介紹和教我們怎麼去，退房後還送了點小零食給我們，非常好，整體住下來都非常滿意，而且打車去長沙南站也很快很方便，幾分鐘車程，可以不用着急
