Limban was recommended by friends who are super reputed in the hospitality industry. Reached out to Archana for accommodation arrangements. Archana is the entrepreneur and wildlife enthusiast that Limban owes its grace and hospitality to, and the pre stay and stay have been super smooth and personal. Understated, Rustic and at the same time modern architecture, great interior design, large and luxurious rooms, a restaurant that serves local and delicious fare, staff that can keenly advise you on the wildlife and what’s happening at various safari zones in the Tadoba Andhari tiger reserve, and just a sense of calmness- Limban extends that feeling of comfort No Wi-Fi and television just serves to enhance the dopamine detox

Limban is undoubtedly a beautifully designed jungle lodge with well-built rooms, impressive infrastructure, and a stunning natural setting. Unfortunately, it falls short on delivering the holistic wildlife and hospitality experience that seasoned jungle travelers expect—especially at this premium price point. Unlike other lodges we’ve visited across the country (like Reni Paani, Jim’s Jungle Retreat, Forsyth Lodge, etc.), Limban lacks a professional naturalist or a trained lodge manager to understand and cater to the needs of wildlife-focused guests. The experience feels more like a generic hotel stay than an immersive jungle visit. The food is ordinary, repetitive, and leans heavily towards banquet-style fare—far from the fresh, thoughtful menus you typically find at properties of this level. While the local staff (Snehal, Aakash) are kind and well-meaning, the absence of professional training shows—in service, housekeeping, and even in basic guest orientation. For example, even in the stunning canopy suites, no one offered a room walkthrough or explained the amenities. Worse still, guests unfamiliar with Tadoba are left to figure out activities on their own (safaris aside), with no proactive guidance or recommendations offered. The naturalist, Raviraj Soman, provided on our safaris was a freelancer and did an excellent job though. At this tariff, one expects much more than just a beautiful room. Sadly, Limban fails to deliver the kind of curated, wildlife-centric experience that makes a jungle lodge stay truly memorable.

Superb ambience, very warm staff , amazing food and one of the most relaxing SPA. Their Nimbkheda area is one of its kind and the Machan is very Quiet. The whole property has a Very peaceful Vibe . We stayed there for a day i wish the plan was for long , The rooms are very clean , they don't allow too much noise and the service is like 5/5

Excellent arrangements, good food and love the hospitality. We went for safari morning slot ,sighted tigress with cubs. Resort people offer packed breakfast also with wakeup call for safari. Special thanks to the Owner for so well trained and well discipline staff

Barring the initial minor confusion due to miscommunication, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The location is great, in the forest buffer zone, you feel you are in the jungle. its very rustic and well maintained. the rooms are nice, spacious clean and well kept. Though since its a forest , rats are an issue. they strongly advise you to keep food away from the rooms . we paid the price for not following instructions. We stayed in the pod inside the jungle for 1 night and it was a nice experience. Its more for couples and the adventurous and not for the faint hearted. The staff are exceptional, very cordial and friendly. They really made our stay a pleasure. Food too didn't disappoint, local food and very tasty. no complaints there. This is located close to moharli, junona and kuthwanda gates. they do have shuttle service to and fro the safari gate to the resort. We definitely recommend limban, plan to go there again in December! And Oh! the foot massage too was nice, very relaxing.

The trip to Tadoba was a surprise for me by my fiancée until I was informed to pack the bags. Being a wildlife enthusiast, I was already excited that I was going to a tiger reserve. Our stay at Limban was icing on the cake. We were staying at Limban for 2 nights and did 3 safari’s from Mohurli/Adegaon/Junona gates ( back to back). We knew that stay will be a good one as soon as we were welcomed by Prashant. The first night was my birthday night and sincere thanks to Raviraj, Prashant and Raghu for organising the birthday dinner. Imagine having dinner at the Machan overlooking the forest ( where the Katezari tigress was spotted a few days back)! Post the dinner we had some informative session about conservation / real life stories from Raviraj and Raghu. Next day, we sighted a cub and a sub adult on two different occasions. We had pretty decent sightings but what fascinated us was the forest. We were accompanied by Raghu, our naturalist who showed us the forest from a different perspective other than spotting a carnivore. Our sincere gratitude to Prashant, Raghu and Raviraj for giving us this surreal experience. PS : Can’t thank my love enough for organising this trip!!
