I booked a prepaid stay at this hotel, including breakfast, but due to a last-minute transportation cancellation, I had to cancel my reservation. I spoke with 3 different hotel representatives over the phone, and they all assured me that cancellation would not be a problem given the circumstances. However, when I followed up, the hotel refused to refund or modify my prepaid booking. Despite my polite requests and explanations, the hotel was only interested in taking my money without providing any service or accommodation. They kept delaying a decision and ultimately told me that the prepaid booking could not be changed or canceled. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from what is supposed to be a 5-star establishment. I ended up paying completely out of pocket for a stay that never happened, all because the hotel prioritized keeping my money over addressing my valid situation and requests. I would strongly caution anyone from booking with this hotel, as their customer service is severely lacking, and they do not seem to value their guests or act in good faith. An absolutely pathetic experience overall!

Put the sign on the bed to change bed sheet BUT never change ? ? ? Shower gel etc. also never top up ? ? ?

So far good location. BUT not much choice on food hope can improve the food menu

I study in Chandigarh University so I regularly keep visiting Chandigarh for weekend fun but it was my first stay at Novotel Chandigarh Tribune Chowk and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, immediately making me feel welcome. As I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the Porsche car center, which added a luxurious touch to the hotel's atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The bed was cozy, and the overall setup made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Special thanks to Miksha and Anshika at the lobby, who were very helpful in explaining everything and making my stay even more comfortable. The cafeteria was quiet, clean, and provided a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed French fries, sandwiches, and waffles, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chandigarh.

I have been to curves bar multiple time and get the experience which is next to exceptional. The service and food is just fabulous. Special shout out for chef aman who made best chilli cheese toast and Rajat who always serves us well and gives us excellent experience. Best place to chill out. Their alfresco sitting is very peaceful and a perfect place for beautiful evening.

Stay at Novotel was outstanding. Came here with my friends and we all enjoyed alot here . Breakfast was tasty with so many variety . Rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Staff out here very attentive, soft spoken and corporative … I would love to come back here ….

My stay here was great The staff was welcoming and made check-in and check-out smooth. Host escorted us till room which felt really especial . The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options. The ambiance was peaceful and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

Stay was fantastic here . Form a warm welcome to effortless checkout. Rooms were clean , comfortable and cozy . Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. My whole family loved it, though I find little difficultly in Wi-Fi but Overall all it a was great experience excellent stay .
