I had high expectations for The Toy Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, with the front desk staff being indifferent and unhelpful. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and there was no proper guidance regarding the hotel amenities.
The room was poorly maintained—there was a lingering odor, the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was barely working, and despite multiple complaints, the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with requests for basic amenities like towels and toiletries either ignored or delayed.
The biggest letdown was the food. The restaurant served overpriced, bland dishes, and the service was equally disappointing. Even after complaining, there was no effort to improve or acknowledge the issues.
Overall, my stay at The Toy Hotel was frustrating and not worth the price. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and unresponsive staff made for a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.
