It's a wonderful resort to stay especially with your kids. Actually I brought my child who is 8 months old. He loves greenery. He enjoyed a lot as it's surrounded by a buffer zone of the bandipur forest reserve. Staff is so friendly they took care of my child while we having lunch and dinner. Food which is available at the sanctuary resturant is tasty but expensive. Accessibility is good but last stretch of 5kms from Bandipur is not good. Apart from that, serai bandipur is a real treat to the people who loves nature. I just thank them. I'm planning to visit again in next year.

This is a lovely property beautifully crafted in the jungle. It is well maintained and the service was top notch. The staff were very friendly. The view from the room was amazing and waking up to the birds chirping overviewing the nilgiri hills was a surreal experience.

A beautiful resort located just four hours from Bangalore, The Serai left us thoroughly impressed with its stunning gardens and remarkable architecture, showcasing a perfect blend of stone and wood. Our courtyard room offered a spectacular view of the Nilgiris from its deck, adding to the serene ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with special mentions to Rateesh, Navas, and Arun for their outstanding service. For those seeking a quick, quiet, and serene getaway, The Serai is an ideal choice. While the resort offers a variety of activities, we found that the jungle safari didn't quite measure up to others we have experienced around the world. However, the overall experience at The Serai more than made up for it. Thank you folks at The Serai, for making it a memorable 2 night stay for us!

Been doing a lot of forest/ nature stays over the last years.. Nd this one takes the cake for the right blend of nature and luxury.. We have cheetal coming to the backyard, elephants could visit you across the electric fence (if you get lucky).. A lot of beautiful bird species.. Peacock sounds all around etc.. The stay.. Log hut that we stayed in.. Is very well kept nd notably very spacious. Comfortable beds, an amazing full wall window looking at the reserve, clean and spacious bathrooms.. Overall a 5 on 5. What impressed us the most.. Was the food.. Really good food.. We are vegetarians, so can't comment about the non veg.. But the veg options were plenty and most importantly, delicious. Couldn't stop eating at the breakfast buffet.. Hmmm.. The staff was very friendly and polite. Overall.. This goes into our top fav properties.. Be it for wildlife or just chilling around nd winding down. Thank you Serai Bandipur!!

We were a family of four ,stayed for a night. Overall a great resort, excellent staff , very supportive. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant , good food with the right ambience . Though the price is on the higher side . Only downside is the approach road to the resort which is badly maintained . Thanks to the Serai team at the resort for making our short stay a great one.

We would love to come back again. As senior citizens, we stayed two nights at Serai Bandipur. We found Serai to be a clean, green, and peaceful break from everything we wanted to get away from. We spent all our time at the resort for two nights and were happy with both the accommodations and food on both days. The natural jungle setting on the outskirts and the peaceful environment allowed us to sleep late and truly relax. Without exaggeration, Serai Lodge in Bandipur met our expectations. However, part of the approach road, before entering and after leaving the resort, is pretty rough for both the car and its occupants and needs urgent attention. We would like to specially mention some of the employees at Serai: Front Office Manager Navas and Naturalist Mr. Arun. We went on the nature walk twice during our stay and had a couple of massages from the experienced Ms. Sumaya and Mr. Ratheesh. We will surely recommend Serai to our relatives and friends. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the excellent service at reception, everything seems to have been perfect. Staying in the Superior Courtyard Room Number 12 with its beautiful mountain and corner views must have been delightful, especially for your kids. It's great to hear that your previous conference stay was enjoyable enough to bring your family back. The special touch of providing a birthday cake for your kids at the dinner table sounds like a memorable moment. It's no wonder your family highly recommends Serai, and it's lovely that you're planning to visit again.

Excellent place to stay with family. Nested away in the interiors of Bandipura Forest Lush green surroundings. Wake up with birds chirping and sip a cup of coffee on the back deck, watching the morning unfold. Clean rooms, good bathrooms, and excellent room service. Decent wifi. The best part of the stay is the food at their restaurant, Sanctuary. The chef does an excellent job. The staff is very good in the restaurant and prompt, including Mr. Ravi. Mr. Ratheesh, the spa guy, has a lot of information about the massage, and finally, the front desk, Mr. Nawas and Mr Nair , would be recommended for everyone.

A beautiful place nestled in the midst of the jungles - you wake up to nature, the calling of birds and an amazing view. And ofcourse the staff - every single member is so curteous. It was just perfect. The units are great - luxurious and clean. Already planning to visit again!!!!
