The Creek House in the heart of gold country

Welcome to the perfect family vacation. The house sits on 5 acres tucked away off a quiet dirt road. Plenty of room to play and explore. This quiet 3 bedroom (+office) house feels like you are out in the woods, yet you are close to grocery stores, gas and other amenities. Come enjoy sitting outside by the year around creek, or swimming in the swimming hole (best in spring or early summer) The outdoor deck overlooking the creek is amazing. The home features an open floor plan with a wood burning fireplace to give it a cozy feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. There is also a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The master bedroom has french doors that open up to amazing views and fresh mountain air. There is a full office with super fast Starlink wifi, perfect if you are working remotely. This is a family-friendly and pet-friendly home. Outdoors you can catch a glimpse of the local wildlife coming down from the mountain to get a drink from the creek. . The access code will be provided to guests before their arrival. The entire house is available to guests with the exception of one bedroom closet and the basement (both contain the owners belongings). We have 5 acres to explore but you are welcome to explore further, we just ask that when exploring around the area to not cross any fences or gates that are labeled private property. Other things to note Outdoor fires in Yuba county and Brownsville are not permitted during fire season. The house is located in a high fire zone. No charcoal or wood burning fires are permitted.
