The proprietors and all staff were very proactive in ensuring our stay was pleasant. The New Year’s Eve menu and service was marvellous. We lost count of the number of courses. A special call out for all the restaurant staff, who were lovely and sooo hardworking, Leo, the Maître D, who was very professional and efficient in organising that everything went smoothly and, of course, the chef for the excellent menus. The only ‘complaint’ concerns 1st January: despite the abundant cenone of 31st, the huge lunch buffet included - in the best Romagnola tradition - lasagne (which was perfect), fritto misto and an entire porchetta. Of course, we had no choice but to try all of those 😊. We will be back (but only after we lose the five kilos we gained).
