Hotel Schiller

We spent two weeks at Hotel Schiller, perfectly situated, with beach, shops and travel links all close by. Our family of 6 felt really looked after by the team who were always welcoming and helpful. We spent most of our time around the pool with 4 kids under 12 it was the best place to cool off during the 35+ heat. The beach was clean and well looked after with restaurants and bar a short walk from the waters edge, serving all kinds of refreshments. We had an apartment for the duration of our stay which was nicely appointed with a small kitchen which was closed off in the middle of the two bedrooms which would have slept 4 in each room. It was just right for making sandwiches and provisions for the day and the odd evening meal. Our experience of the locals including the hotel staff was brilliant. It seemed as though this part of Italy was less used to seeing visitors from the UK, which we loved, but everyone we met was willing to engage in a mix of English-Italian and it seemed they enjoyed any effort you made to converse in their language. This is a great hotel and region for kids, everyone we met, but it staff in the hotel, shop owners or locals loved seeing a family out together, we felt very safe walking the streets day or night. If you are used holidaying in Spain or the Islands and have never been to Italy before, you should really consider visiting and if you do, Hotel Schiller is a great choice to base yourself. Thanks again to the brilliant staff who made our holiday time so memorable.

Very friendly staff, fairly good facilities, very clean and tight, good breakfast, convenient location, poor sound-proofing room to room, very effective air-conditioning, Overall,, highly recommended!

I allways enjoy my stay at Hotel Shiller. It's close to the beach, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are very clean and the staff are allways friendly and happy to help. I would 10/10 recomend this hotel to couples and familys alike. The pool is also a great feature.
