Hôtel Mercure Cergy-Pontoise Centre

Everything was perfect 1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want 2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever. 3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet! 4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol) Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed. Merci beaucope for every employee works in Hotel Mercure Cergy Ponposie.

Check-in was easy. The front desk staff were very friendly at all hours. There are two lifts. The hotel is located in a sketchy area so be mindful of where you walk outside. Even the staff warned us away from certain areas. There are some shopping complexes just a 10-minute walk down the main street, as well as the train station. The room was small and hot. The bed was uncomfortably hard, unfortunately. There were all non-feather pillows and a table on each side. There were also power outlets on each side of the bed--perfect for charging devices at bedside. The room had a mini fridge (yay!) and an electric tea kettle. The bathroom was tiny with scarce counter space. The shower water pressure was ok and the hot water stayed hot, but the shower floor was quite slippery. The towels were very thin. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a nice touch but it was broken, stuck facing downward only, rendering it useless. The WiFi was strong but not password protected (boo!). The hotel has a bar (staffed by the friendly front desk personnel) but no restaurant. The whole hotel could use a remodel. I'd prefer to look elsewhere the next time I'm in the area, if there even is anything better.

The environment is quiet, the room is very clean, the service of hotel is very good.The shop mail and a lot of the restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. And the price is not expensive,take the train go to Paris only half hour
