Large gathering of Indonesian family and friends -we had a 4 bedroom and two two bedroom apartments-this is our third? time in the last year ( last time after fasting month) -we were just celebrating a small birthday for a child and going to Jakarta fair. From security at the gate to reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff are all friendly and helpful-apartments are really spacious and spotlessly clean, well equipped and have a very warm homely classy feel. My Indonesian friends just loved it. The pool is great as is the Gym and sauna -I personally did not have breakfast as both days was not feeling well but have eaten there before and Restaurant Manager and team are great -think we had eighteen guests for breakfast with friends dropping in etc. Only down side TV is problematic sometimes -but internet is great -its a very laid back, family friendly safe place -24 hour shop across the street and lots of food options nearby.

Second /third time here? booked this time for a "family group" for a quiet birthday dinner after Ramadan -just less than 20 people -had a Penthouse and 2 or three apartments -Good points 1) Rooms spacious -Penthouse particularly. 2) Staff always great. 3) Location great-my Indonesian friends love it. 4) Rooms very clean. 5) Breakfast good-my Indonesian friends liked-Restaurant Manager -great!. 6) Pool and Gym and Sauna nice-pool very cold! 7) 24/7 Mini mart across the road. Bad points 1) Oven "blew up" and went on fire when cooking dinner ( for 18? people) -fortunately had a plan B and Hotel Engineer could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve. He really done his best! 2) TV complicated to use -think internet based or something keeps falling over. 3) Internet speed bad-problem for me need internet for business 24/7. Overall in central Jakarta a great location -my Indonesian friends just loved it -great views , sort of homely atmosphere -even security super polite -we had a great experience.
