Their is ample room for a boat trailer in the parking area. Large oaks and other shade trees provide a cooler lawn space for relaxing and playing lawn games. In addition to the porches and lawn area, there is also a fire pit with seating for four. Home is located a short distance from Petit Jean and Mt. Nebo State Parks as well as the Centerville race tracks. Nearby Lake Dardanelle is an excellent fishing and recreation lake. Petit Jean Wildlife Management Area is minutes away and features public hunting and fishing.
