Private 1 bedroom apt in a quiet neighborhood, close to all!

Property is close to Stony Brook University and was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Property met our every need and then some! Very pleased!! We want to thank our host, Cynthia! We were very pleased with the accommodations and her attentiveness to our every need! It was an ideal location for all the visiting we did! The apartment was clean with new carpeting. The bed was comfortable! Everything we needed was provided! There was ample closet and drawer space! The washer and dryer within the unit was a huge plus! We were there for over three weeks, so they came in very handy! We will certainly keep this unit in mind for any future stays in the area!! Perfectly suited our needs Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's not a bad home base for visiting North and South Shore, and even the East End. Cynthia was a responsive communicator, yet completely unobtrusive. Will certainly consider another stay in the future.

The door knob Carpet should be replaced and bathroom door knob should be attached to the door.
