This is a bright, roomy and modern style house. Set in a quiet Center Point neighborhood. Just off of interstate 380, with a 30 minute drive to Cedar Rapids, Vinton, Shellsberg, Palo or Independence, & 45 minutes to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, backyard, deck and fenced in yard. Each bedroom has a different type of mattress, this allows guests to choose the room they feel the bed matches their sleeping preferences. We have a meeting room that can be used for sewing, (including a cutting table, design wall, & pressing station) scrap booking, or crafting with friends or family. Also good for small retreats or study groups. Backyard deck has cushioned wicker set, and grill for outdoor entertaining. There is also a hi chair, pack-n-play, and book, toy & game closet for use. We have a NO animals allowed policy, and a NO smoking/vaping inside buildings policy. Contractor reservations need prior approval with host.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Pleas shut off TV projector in basement when not in use, and do not move it or change anything on the receiver. There is no gaming allowed on TV ‘s..This is a NO animals allowed property-noncompliance will result in $2000 extra fee. No smoking/vaping on property- non compliance is a $2000 extra fee,No overnight sleeping on couches or recliners. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!
Everything at the house was over-the-top. The furnishings were in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine, they even had spare toothbrushes, had we forgotten ours. Our group of four couples enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay again. Thank you so, so much!

Spacious & Cozy
Five girlfriends stayed three nights in this lovely home. The house was sparkling clean. We enjoy cooking together when we travel & found the kitchen to be well-stocked. The beds are comfortable & bath towels soft and fluffy. Although we didn't need them, the host left extra toothbrushes & tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo & small soaps in each bathroom, which is a nice touch. We really enjoyed gathering on the deck. We would rent this house again when we return to the area.

Amazing House
Beautiful home. Has all the amenities that you would need. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding at Kacena Farms. Short 15 minute drive.

Sons Wedding
We came in from Geneva. IL to celebrate our son’s wedding and pre festivities. The Jefferson HOME was an added bonus. It was beautiful, clean organized had everything you could possibly need and it felt like home. If we go back, that is where I am staying and all our family thank you.

Nice and cozy
We were all impressed. We loved the big table, couches up and down stairs. We would definitely rent again if we make our way back.
