I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. Thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely planning to come back.

酒店位於薩拉熱窩市中心核心區域，主幹道邊上（其實主幹道都很小），去景區都可以步行，非常方便。因薩拉熱窩很小，路又窄，不建議開車，步行是最方便的遊覽方式。房間不大，小小的，但是非常乾淨整潔，床上用品也非常舒適，整個酒店的牆都是薩拉熱窩的噴繪圖片，非常有特色，可能也是她叫color inn的原因吧。房間還送了免費的依雲玻璃瓶裝水和睡前小點心，酒店的細節做的非常到位，工作人員很熱情，服務很貼心。早餐很豐盛，肉製品、水果、奶製品品種都很多。來薩拉熱窩，住繽紛酒店是個非常不錯的選擇。酒店後面就是自有的停車場，不知道咋回事，我們提前電話預約和到現場，都説不能停，雖然工作人員很耐心的跟我們解釋了，可能是語言方面的原因吧。不過，最終還是通過攜程順利解決了免費停車的問題。

酒店裡步行街不算遠。停車場免費。房間臨街，隔音效果一般。前台服務人員很友善。打掃衞生的雖然有把子年紀，但是也很客氣。

My wife and I visited for the first time. We were delighted with our choice of hotel. It was a lovely boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were faultless in their service . The hotel had an extensive breakfast choice, one of the best we have had. Hotels as well situated with easy access to all places we wanted to visit Highly recommended.

We received a confirmation of our reservation 2 months before the date of our 3-day stay. A few days before our arrival, we received an email informing us that a flood in the city was forcing them to cancel our reservation because of the damages. We had booked a room on the upper floors! We changed our plans and booked into a hotel located near the river where there didn't seem to be a problem with a flood!! We went to see this hotel and there were no outward signs or written notice about a possible flooding problem. Is this a way to get rid of tourists when the hotel has been overbooked? That is what we felt.

The location was good (about 15-20 mins walk to the old town area). My room very spacious with a large bed. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and informative. If your flight leaves early in the morning, allow extra time to checkout and get a taxi.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Very good value for money and independently owned The rooms are spacious, the beds HUGE and the bathrooms luxurious. Breakfast had everything you could ask for with a wide choice of fruit, yoghurt, continental, eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, large choice of teas and coffees etc etc. It is a 15-20 minute stroll to the 'Old Town' but also nicely away from the hubbub. There are lots of little extras too. Only point of note is that whilst there is a lift to the bedrooms there are several steps to the basement restaurant for breakfast which might be difficult for some.

This is an excellent hotel in central Sarajevo. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff courteous and helpful and the breakfast very filling. I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it. Pretty good value for money as well and only about 10 minutes stroll to the charming old town.

This is a quirky hotel which was a great place to stay for 3 nights while exploring the Bosnian capital. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices and catering for dietary requirements. The freshly squeezed orange juice, that you make yourself from real oranges was something to look forward to each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stays in Sarajevo.

Very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel is located in a central position close to a park dedicated to the memory of the children killed during the Siege of Bosnia. Staff are very helpful and happy to assist you exploring the city they are so proud of. Standard of cleanliness is EXCELLENT. So clean. Great breakfast on offer with a varied selection of fresh ingredients. Loved the machine used to make freshly squeezed orange juice. After a busy day of sightseeing go to the roof top terrace to watch the sun set over Sarajevo. Thank you Hotel Colors Inn for making our visit to Sarajevo so welcoming.
