Hotelino Petit Chalet

Location: Celerina is one of the municipalities in the Maloja Region, which I find most peaceful among the 3 municipalities I stayed in my 9-days trip. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk from Celerina train station or Cresta Palace bus stop, pretty easy walk even with a large luggage . Arrival: Email is sent few days before arrival regarding key deposit in the mailbox, however I arrived too early and it was not there. Luckily reception was quick to pick up my phone call and I was able to enter the hotelino and my room pretty fuss-free. There is a welcome guide book and letter on the living room table, although the letter is in German, easily translatable using Google image translate, which I've extracted the key notes below. Room: Spacious apartment with living area, fully-equipped kitchenette (with oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, electric stove, dishwasher -- perfect for multi-days stay), peaceful balcony with a fantastic view, very comfortable bed with super-plush pillows, nice shower room with walk-in closet. The radiator heater is not too warm but still sufficient. Breakfast: In-room breakfast! From the note, just need to call reception every morning whenever you are ready for breakfast. A nice lady will then push a trolley and serve the plates of food on the dining room table with mains served (bread basket, drink, hams/cheese/salami plate) and optional extras (muesli, yoghurt, chocolates, juices). Exploration Tips: Celerina - Cristolais - Samedan hiking trail, Ibex Promenade at Pontresina, and other hiking/walking trails in Celerina, Samedan, Pontresina. --- CABLE CAR TICKETS IN SUMMER Receive free with a 2 night stay for the Upper Engadin region. BREAKFAST We serve breakfast in your room daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Please order it by telephone (breakfast key/reception) approx. 15 minutes in advance. For special requests, please contact our staff in advance. Depending on your wishes, we reserve the right to charge something. HOME DELIVERY The Hotel Laudinella will be happy to deliver pizza, pasta, sushi or Thai food to the Hotelino. HEATING REGULATORS Located on the wall and on the heating radiator in the bathroom. SKI ROOM You will find this in the garage next to the hotel entrance door, where you can store all your skis, snowboards, shoes, sleds, prams, etc. SKI PASSES IN WINTER With 1 night's accommodation you will receive a ski pass for the Upper Engadine region at a special price of CHF 45.00 per day of skiing/person. However, the offer can only be booked for the entire stay.

Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich und herzig! Das Zimmer ist groß und qualitativ top eingerichtet: mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Kleiderschrank, Küche und Kaffeemaschine. Der Qualitätsstandard ist hoch und alles in bestem Zustand. Es wurde an so viel Details gedacht. Da wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und geplant. Sehr bequeme Betten mit qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Daunendecken und -Kissen. Warme Zimmerbeleuchtung. Die Dusche hat einen sehr guten Wasserdruck. Das Frühstück wird im Zimmer am Esstisch serviert. 15 Minuten nach Bestellung am selben Morgen ist es da. Und aus jedem Fenster ein toller Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge. Unser Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss, durch die Zimmertüre waren Geräusche des Servierwagens und Stimmen vernehmbar. Sonst war alles perfekt und wir wurden wirklich absolut verwöhnt!!! Von den Nachbarzimmern hat man nichts mitbekommen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und persönlich 8-12 oder 14 - 18 Uhr möglich. Ansonsten gibt es eine Schlüsselbox, es ist immer jemand außerhalb dieser Zeiten telefonisch erreichbar. Francesca von der Rezeption hat uns so toll in Empfang genommen und macht einen super professionellen Job!!!
